    Have made this regular stop for breakfast when I do go out. The Cowboys Benedict is top of the list. I'll make the hashbrowns crispy request. Great service menu variety.

    Attentive server and great food! We were passing by and needed to grab something quick to eat, this was the perfect spot. The food came out quick and tasty. The restaurant is cozy and inviting, we felt welcomed the minute we stepped inside.

    Cowboy's Cafe This is a review for my dining experience at Cowboy's Cafe. My family and I went to grab brunch at around 10:30am on a Saturday. Business was poppin! It was busy, but we arrived just in time to get a table for three with no wait. We ordered the chicken fried steak with extra crispy hash browns, a side of pancakes, chocolate chip pancakes, and a breakfast burger. Everything was delicious! I loved my chicken fried steak! It was a huge portion and the meat was thick and flavorful. The gravy that was paired with it was tasty as well! The side of pancakes were great! I loved how the butter was room temperature, so it was easy to spread on with the syrup. Service was excellent! Our server was very attentive and had a positive attitude. She checked on our meal and made sure we had everything we needed! I had a pleasant experience at Cowboy's Cafe and I am looking forward to dining there again with the cowboys and cowgirls! Yeehaw!

    Cowboy Cafe rocks! Excellent food and service. I've never been disappointed with any Vista to this restaurant. They are WAY better then any other restaurant in Minden/Gardnerville! Check em out, you won't be disappointed!
